Injured Worker Sample Clauses

Injured Worker. An employee who is injured at work and requires medical attention, and who on the advice of a doctor, is unable to return to work shall be paid for the balance of his/her scheduled hours, at regular or premium rate, for the day upon which the injury occurred.
