Initial Project. Conservation Facilities Initial Project Conservation Facilities” shall mean the following project facilities specified in Section 12934(d) of the Water Code:
Initial Project. (a) In the event that Tenant does not elect to terminate this Lease during the Feasibility Period or the Permit Period, Tenant shall construct or cause to be constructed the Initial Project, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, on the Premises, in a good and workmanlike manner, and in accordance with Applicable Laws no later than that date that is 30 months following the Rent Commencement Date (subject, however, to delays caused by Force Majeure or any Landlord Party), as evidenced by a final or permanent certificate of occupancy or its equivalent issued by the City. Tenant shall provide to Landlord monthly on the 1st of each month until the Stabilization Date copies of the following documents relating to the Initial Project (unless previously provided): (i) initial plans and specifications, and all revisions thereto (including any as-built plans), (ii) all City permits, (iii) final as-built survey, (iv) all certificates of occupancy, (v) all Inspection Reports, (vi) monthly leasing reports (exclusive of financial statements) and rent rolls certified by Landlord, and (vii) adequate evidence of the insurance required in subsection (c) below. Landlord has no approval rights regarding construction of the Initial Project, but Tenant must obtain Landlord's approval to any changes to PD-1, provided if Tenant requests Landlord’s consent to modifications to PD-1, Landlord shall respond to Tenant's request within fourteen (14) days from such request, or Landlord's consent shall be deemed given.

Initial Project. The initial project being undertaken by the Company, subject to the satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent as provided in Section 14.2 below, is identified and described on Schedule 14.1 hereof (the “Initial Project”).
Initial Project. It is understood that the starting and ending points, path, and detailed scope and parameters of the Initial Project cannot be determined until the Initial Project is included in applicable regional transmission plans. Initial Project. Such PROJECT (the,,ALPHA 2 PROJECT") shall be initiated beginning as of the EFFECTIVE DATE. Set forth on Schedule III attached hereto is a list of SYNAPTIC COMPOUNDS and a list of GRUNENTHAL COMPOUNDS, in each case identified by code number which may be active at one or more of such receptors and which, as of the EFFECTIVE DATE, are, in the judgment of each party, available as pharmacological tools or design leads for use in the ALPHA-2 PROJECT. Also set forth in said Schedule III is a complete list of GRUNENTHAL's and SYNAPTIC's present PATENT RIGHTS, if any, concerning ALPHA 2 PROJECTS.
