Initial Depository. The Debentures shall be issued in the form of one or more temporary or global Debentures. The initial Depository for the global Debentures shall be DTC, and the depositary arrangements shall be those employed by whoever shall be the Depository with respect to the Debentures from time to time.

  • Principal Depository Borrower shall maintain its principal depository and operating accounts with Bank.
