Inconsistent Action. The Shareholders shall not take or suffer to be taken, and shall not permit the Company to take or cause or suffer to be taken, any action that would cause any of the representations or warranties of any of the Shareholders in this Agreement to be untrue, incorrect, incomplete or misleading.
