Hours of Work – Full-time Employees. 4.2.1 The ordinary hours of work for full-time employees will be an average of 38 hours per week, averaged over a 4 week period, or such longer period (up to 12 months) as agreed in writing, plus reasonable additional hours as rostered or as requested.
