Holiday Credit. When a holiday occurs during an Employee's assigned vacation, and the Employee is otherwise entitled to the holiday, it shall not be counted as part of the Employee's vacation time.

Holiday Credit a. Holiday credit will be used and scheduled by the employee in the same manner as vacation leave in Article 11. Holiday credit must be used before vacation leave unless doing so would cause the employee to exceed the two hundred forty (240) hour vacation leave accrual limit.
