High Risk Use. Npcap is not designed, manufactured, or intended for use in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance where the failure of the software could lead directly to death, personal injury, or significant physical or environmental damage (“High Risk Activities”). Use of Npcap in High Risk Activities is not authorized.

Unless AVEVA gives its prior written consent and is consulted regarding the specific deployment, system set-up and Software support plan, Customer has no right to use (and must not use) the Software in any application or situation where the failure of the Software could lead to death or serious bodily injury of any person, or to severe physical or environmental damage (“High Risk Use”). High Risk Use does not include utilization of the Software for administrative purposes, to store configuration data, engineering and/or configuration tools, or other applications, the failure of which would not result in death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage.

High Risk Use. Customer may not use the SIEMonster Technology in any situation where failure or fault of the SIEMonster Technology could lead to death or serious bodily injury of any person or damage to tangible property or environmental damage;
