Helium Balloons. The use of helium tanks and/or helium balloons is strictly prohibited in the CENTER. Rain Out Location Reservation: CLIENT may reserve CENTER as a rain out location for an event intended to be held outside. Normal booking procedures apply including payment of rental deposit. If the event is not adversely affected by rain such as an outdoor function and CENTER is not required, CLIENT is responsible for payment of sixty (60) percent of the total price of the reserved space.
Helium Balloons. Helium balloons no smaller than 36 inches in diameter are allowed only when they are anchored to exhibits. Absolutely no helium balloons shall be permitted for giveaway or sale.
Helium Balloons. 1) Helium balloons are allowed only under the following acknowledgement: Helium balloons must be tied down. In the unlikely event that one of them becomes loose and floats to the roof, it is the responsibility of the Licensee to ensure the balloon is removed. If a balloon is left at the roof and, upon deflating, falls to the floor setting off the motion sensor alarm, a $100 charge will apply for the security company’s response.
Helium Balloons. Please be sure that the ceiling fans are turned off. Should the balloons become entangled in the ceiling fans and damage the motors, the damage deposit will be used to cover costs. The switch for the fans is in the centre of the east wall.
Helium Balloons. The gas cylinders provided by balloon suppliers must not be left at the Village Hall, nor can they be disposed of in the waste containers outside the hall. They must be taken by the hirer to the council tip where they will be accepted for recycling. Special Effects including dry-ice, fireworks, lasers & strobe lights are not permitted under the terms of the Premises License. Please take you waste home after your party. Small amounts of clean recyclable items (bottles, cans, paper, cardboard) may be put loose into the recycling bin outside the kitchen door. The Hirer agrees to be present during the hiring and to observe and perform the provisions of Xxxxxxx Village Hall Committee's "Standard Conditions of Hire" annexed to this agreement especially taking note of Section 9, Safeguarding children, young people & vulnerable adults.
