Handback Requirements. Upon expiry of the Term, the Contractor shall leave the New Infrastructure and the Existing Infrastructure in the condition required by the Handback Requirements.
Handback Requirements. (a) The Development Entity shall perform the Work so that as of the Termination Date, each CNG Fueling Station Facility meets all of the requirements set out in Section 10.4 (Handback Provisions) of the Technical Provisions (collectively, the Handback Requirements).

Handback Requirements. As a condition precedent to the payment of any Termination Amount Project Company must have complied with Section 37.4.
Handback Requirements. At the Expiry Date, Project Company must certify that Elements of the Relevant Infrastructure comply with the Residual Life, testing, inspection and reporting requirements defined in the Agreement, and specifically in Exhibit C. Project Company will be required to provide a reserve of spare parts and supplies typically required during a 60-day period based on MMIS data. The estimated quantities for such parts and supplies must be submitted for MDOT approval in the O&M Work Plan revisions with the final PMP submittal prior to Handback.
Handback Requirements. On the Expiry Date, the Project Facility and all Assets that comprise the Project Facility will be in a condition which is: consistent with compliance by PPP Co. with the terms of this Project Agreement; and consistent with the Project Facility and all Assets that comprise the Project Facility having been designed and constructed in accordance with the applicable design life requirements set out in Part [ ] of Schedule 3 (D&C Requirements), together referred to as (the "Handback Requirements"). ALTERNATIVELY, A SEPARATE DOCUMENT COMPRISING THE HANDBACK REQUIREMENTS MAY BE INCLUDED. First Handback Inspection Not less than [ ] before the Expiry Date, PPP Co. and the Authority's Representative will conduct a joint inspection of the Project Facility (the “First Handback Inspection”).
