GRANT OF PROSPECTING LICENCE. The Government hereby grants unto the Company the right and licence to prospect for and prove gold under or in the area described in the Schedule hereto and shown on the map which forms part of this Agreement (hereinafter called “the Licensed Area”) excluding any parts which shall be relinquished from time to time for a term of THREE (3) YEARS from the date of this Agreement with a right of extension as hereinafter provided.

  • Contracts Concerning Use of Project The Recipient agrees that during the Agreement Term it will not contract with any Private Person for use of the Project or any portion thereof or the facility or facilities of which the Project is a part for any Private Business Use unless all of the conditions of subparagraph F.3.a., subparagraph F.3.b. or subparagraph F.3.c. are met:

  • RIGHT OF INSPECTION AND REJECTION The City expressly reserves all rights under law, including, but not limited to the Uniform Commercial Code, to inspect the deliverables at delivery before accepting them, and to reject defective or non-conforming deliverables. If the City has the right to inspect the Contractor’s, or the Contractor’s Subcontractor’s, facilities, or the deliverables at the Contractor’s, or the Contractor’s Subcontractor’s, premises, the Contractor shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, without additional charge, all reasonable facilities and assistance to the City to facilitate such inspection.

  • Compliance with laws; payment of Permits/Licenses All services to be performed by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement shall be performed in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, County, and municipal laws, including, but not limited to, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and all Federal regulations promulgated thereunder, as amended, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended and attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as Attachment “I,” which prohibits discrimination on the basis of handicap in programs and activities receiving any Federal or County financial assistance. Such services shall also be performed in accordance with all applicable ordinances and regulations, including, but not limited to, appropriate licensure, certification regulations, provisions pertaining to confidentiality of records, and applicable quality assurance regulations. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this agreement and State, Federal, County, or municipal law or regulations, the requirements of the applicable law will take precedence over the requirements set forth in this Agreement. Contractor will timely and accurately complete, sign, and submit all necessary documentation of compliance.

  • Right of Way and Real Property The party named in Article 1, Responsible Parties, under AGREEMENT is responsible for the provision and acquisition of any needed right of way or real property. The Local Government shall be responsible for the following:

  • Right of Inspection Buyer shall have the right to inspect the goods at the time and place of delivery, and within 5 business days after delivery, Buyer must give notice to Seller of any claim for damages on account of the condition, quality, or grade of the goods, and Buyer must specify in detail the basis of such claim.   • LICENSES AND LAWS 25 A. CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees, affiliates, and subcontractors shall, throughout 26 the term of this Agreement, maintain all necessary licenses, permits, approvals, certificates, 27 accreditations, waivers, and exemptions necessary for the provision of the services hereunder and 28 required by the laws, regulations and requirements of the United States, the State of California, 29 COUNTY, and all other applicable governmental agencies. CONTRACTOR shall notify 30 ADMINISTRATOR immediately and in writing of its inability to obtain or maintain, irrespective of the 31 pendency of any hearings or appeals, permits, licenses, approvals, certificates, accreditations, waivers 32 and exemptions. Said inability shall be cause for termination of this Agreement.

  • Abandonment of Property We need not accept any property abandoned by an "insured".

  • Conformity of production The conformity of production procedures shall comply with those set out in the Agreement, Appendix 2 (E/ECE/324-E/ECE/TRANS/505/Rev.2), with the following requirements:
