Dynabook Partner Resellers who purchase over $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 of Eligible Dynabook Products as described in Schedule B of the Agreement (“Gold Qualifying Revenue”) during the twelve (12) month period preceding the month of Dynabook Partner’s Membership Evaluation (the “Qualifying Revenue Period”).
Gold Membership. This is an invitation only Membership which may be awarded by Clipsal in its sole discretion if it believes a Contractor has demonstrated its commitment and continual purchasing loyalty to the Clipsal and Xxxxxxxxx Electric brands . Gold Membership is generally reserved for the Owner/Operator of the business. All applications must be assessed by a Clipsal Business Representative and approved by the State General Manager or Sales Manager of Clipsal. Contractors obtain an application form from their Clipsal Business Representative. Alternately, they can visit xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxx and complete the Expression of Interest form.

Use of the Fitness Suite and Swimming Pool (Public Sessions & Member Only Sessions) and Half Price Exercise Classes (excluding Pilates & Privately Run Classes not included in Exercise Class Timetable). Joining Fee of £20 and Free Induction. Exercise classes can be booked 7 days in advance. If a member is unable to attend a booked class, GCLT must be notified 10 Hours before the class is due to begin. The remainder of the full Exercise Class Fee will become payable before another class can be booked where 10 hours’ notice has not been received by GCLT of non-attendance of a class.
