Contract Documents; Order of Precedence The Contract Documents shall consist of the following: this Contract, Exhibits A-F to this Contract, and the Proposal (as modified hereby). In the event of conflict or variance between the body of this Contract (Sections 1-16) and any other document comprising the Contract Documents, this Contract shall govern. Conflicts and variances among the documents comprising the Contract Documents shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order: This Contract, the Exhibits, and the Proposal.
Entire Agreement; Order of Precedence This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement of the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior proposals, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written, between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. Mini-Bid Transactional Order of Precedence Conflicts of terms and conditions shall be resolved in the order of precedence set forth in section 2.2 Conflict of Terms. Contract Survival The starting date for each Authorized User Agreement will vary but shall not exceed three (3) years in duration. No modification, amendment, or waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective unless in writing and signed by the party against whom the modification, amendment or waiver is to be asserted. The parties agree that any term or condition stated in Your purchase order or in any other of Your order documentation (excluding Order Forms) is void. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency among the following documents, the order of precedence shall be: (1) the applicable Order Form, (2) this Agreement, and (3) the Documentation.
Order of Precedence; Incorporation by Reference Any inconsistency or ambiguity in this Contract shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order: (1) This Contract and attachments, (2) RFP document, (3) the CONSULTANT’s response to the RFP document, and (4) attachments prepared by the CONSULTANT. All of the foregoing are incorporated fully by reference.
ORDER OF PRIORITY In the case of any conflict between or within this Agreement, the following order of priority shall be utilized: 1) General Provisions, 2) Special Provisions, 3) Scope of Work, and, 4)
Precedence The Contract documents consist of this Contract and its exhibits and attachments. In the event of a conflict between or among the Contract documents, the order of precedence shall be the provisions of the main body of this Contract, i.e., those provisions set forth in the recitals and articles of this Contract, and then the exhibits and attachments.
Order of Layoff A. When a reduction in the work force is necessary, employees in regular positions and those occupying limited-term positions at the direction of their agency/department head shall be laid off in an order based on consideration of:
