Future Employers. You acknowledge and agree that the Company Group may share this Agreement or any of the terms or provisions herein with any person or entity who potentially or actually retains you as an employee, consultant or service provider.
Future Employers. The Bank may notify anyone employing Executive or evidencing an intention to employ Executive as to the existence and provisions of this Agreement and may provide any such person or organization a copy of this Agreement. Executive agrees that for a period equal to the Restricted Period after Executive’s termination of employment for any reason, Executive will provide the Bank the identity of any employer Executive goes to work for along with Executive’s job title and anticipated job duties with any such employer.
Future Employers. Fidelity Southern, the Bank or any Affiliate may notify anyone employing the Executive or evidencing an intention to employ the Executive as to the existence and provisions of this Agreement and may provide any such person or organization a copy of this Agreement. The Executive agrees that for a period of twelve (12) months after the Executive’s Termination of Employment with Fidelity Southern or the Bank for any reason, the Executive will provide Fidelity Southern and the Bank the identity of any employer the Executive goes to work for along with the Executive’s job title and anticipated job duties with such employer.
Future Employers. Fidelity may notify anyone employing Xxxxxxx or evidencing an intention to employ Xxxxxxx as to the existence and provisions of this Agreement and may provide any such person or organization a copy of this Agreement. Xxxxxxx agrees that for a period of 18 months after Xxxxxxx’x Termination of Employment for any reason, Xxxxxxx will provide Fidelity the identity of any employer Xxxxxxx goes to work for along with Xxxxxxx’x job title and anticipated job duties with any such employer.
Future Employers. Fidelity or the Bank may notify anyone employing Pxxxxxx or evidencing an intention to employ Pxxxxxx as to the existence and provisions of this Agreement and may provide any such person or organization a copy of this Agreement. Pxxxxxx agrees that for a period of 18 months after Pxxxxxx’x Termination of Employment for any reason, Pxxxxxx will provide Fidelity and the Bank the identity of any employer Pxxxxxx goes to work for along with Pxxxxxx’x job title and anticipated job duties with any such employer.
Future Employers. Executive agrees to promptly notify the Company in writing of the name and address of each business with whom Executive is associated (as an employee or as an independent contractor) for a period of twenty four (24) months following the end of Executive’s employment with the Company. Executive further: (a) agrees that the Company may notify any such business about the existence and terms of this Agreement; (b) irrevocably consents to any such notification; and (c) covenants not to sue the Company based on any such notification.
Future Employers. Employee agrees that Gentiva may notify anyone employing Employee or evidencing an intention to employ Employee as to the existence and provisions of this Agreement and may provide any such person or organization a copy of this Agreement. Employee agrees that for a period of three (3) years after termination of Employee’s employment with Gentiva for any reason, Employee will provide Gentiva the identity of any employer Employee goes to work for along with Employee’s job title and anticipated job duties with any such employer. Employee further agrees to provide a copy of this Agreement to anyone who employs Employee within three (3) years of the termination of Employee’s employment with Gentiva.
Future Employers. Fidelity may notify anyone employing the Executive or evidencing an intention to employ the Executive as to the existence and provisions of this Agreement and may provide any such person or organization a copy of this Agreement. The Executive agrees that for a period of twelve (12) months after the Executive’s Termination of Employment with Fidelity for any reason, the Executive will provide Fidelity the identity of any employer the Executive goes to work for along with the Executive’s job title and anticipated job duties with such employer.
Future Employers. While Executive is employed by the Company or any of its Affiliates and for a period of twenty-four (24) months immediately following the termination of the Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive will inform each new or prospective employer, prior to accepting employment, of the existence of this Agreement, including the prohibitions contained in Articles 3, 4 and 5, and provide that employer with a copy of Articles 2, 4 and 5. Executive authorizes the Company to forward a copy of the prohibitions against competition as contained in Articles 3, 4 and 5 to any actual or prospective new employer.
Future Employers. Ameris may notify anyone employing Executive or evidencing an intention to employ Executive as to the existence and provisions of this Agreement and may provide any such person or organization a copy of this Agreement. Executive agrees that for a period of eighteen (18) months after Executive’s Termination of Employment for any reason, Executive shall provide Ameris the identity of any employer Executive goes to work for along with Executive’s job title and anticipated job duties with any such employer.
