• Definitions and Exhibits Terms defined above or in the text of this Loan Agreement shall have the meanings set forth herein. Other capitalized terms shall have the meaning set forth in the Definitions Addendum, which is attached and incorporated herein. All exhibits to this Loan Agreement are also incorporated herein.

• Exhibits and Schedules; Additional Definitions All Exhibits and Schedules attached to this Agreement are a part hereof for all purposes. Reference is hereby made to the Security Schedule for the meaning of certain terms defined therein and used but not defined herein, which definitions are incorporated herein by reference.

• Headings, Schedules and Exhibits The Article and/or Section headings and the Table of Contents in this Agreement are included herein for convenience of reference only and shall not constitute a part of this Agreement for any other purpose. The Schedules and Exhibits annexed hereto are hereby incorporated herein as a part of this Agreement with the same effect as if set forth in the body hereof.

• Recitals, Schedules and Exhibits The Recitals, Schedules and Exhibits to this Agreement are incorporated herein and, by this reference, made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein.

• Headings and Article, Section and Exhibit References The Article and Section headings are for reference and convenience only and shall not be considered in the interpretation of this Agreement. Unless otherwise indicated, Article or Section references are to Articles or Sections of the document in which the reference is contained. References to numbered Articles or Sections of this Agreement also refer to and include all subsections of the referenced Article or Section. References to Appendices, Exhibits or Schedules of this Agreement also refer to and include all attachments of the referenced Appendix, Exhibit or Schedule.

• ADDENDA AND EXHIBITS Attached hereto is an Addendum or Addenda consisting of Paragraphs 49 through 55, and Exhibits A through B, all of which constitute a part of this Lease.

• Schedules and Exhibits All of the schedules and exhibits attached to this Agreement shall be deemed incorporated herein by reference.

• Incorporation of Exhibits, Annexes, and Schedules The Exhibits, Annexes, and Schedules identified in this Agreement are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.

• Incorporation of Schedules and Exhibits The Schedules and Exhibits identified in this Agreement are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.
