Friendly Negotiations. The parties will attempt in the first instance to resolve all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement (“Disputes”) through friendly consultations.

Friendly Negotiations. If such dispute cannot be settled within thirty (30) days after the start of negotiations, it shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration and be arbitrated in Beijing, China in accordance with its arbitration rules when such arbitration application was submitted.
