Free Services. We may make Free Services available to you. Use of Free Services is subject to the terms of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this section and any other portion of this Agreement, this section shall control. Free Services are provided to you without charge up to certain limits as described in the Service Policies. Usage over these limits requires your purchase of additional resources or services. You agree that we, in our sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate your access to the Free Services or any part thereof and delete or destroy any Customer Data associated with Free Services. You agree that any termination of your access to the Free Services and/or deletion or destruction of Customer Data may be without prior notice, and you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for such termination and/or deletion or destruction. THE FREE SERVICES AND ANY OUTPUT GENERATED THEREFROM ARE PROVIDED “AS-IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AND WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL HAVE NO INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS NOR LIABILITY OF ANY TYPE WITH RESPECT TO THE FREE SERVICES OR ANY OUTPUT GENERATED THEREFROM UNLESS SUCH EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY IS NOT ENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW IN WHICH CASE F5’s LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE FREE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.00. The foregoing provisions of this subsection shall also apply to F5 Services that are designated by us as “Preview”, “Beta”, “Early Access”, “Early Release”, or “Limited Access” (“Preview Services”). Unless otherwise specified in such Service Policies applicable to such Preview Services, you shall use such Preview Services only for your internal demonstration, test, or evaluation purposes and not in a production environment.
Free Services i. The policy of free services shall be applicable to all patients as per present policy of the State government. Free services will be provided to all such patients eligible for free services as per guidelines of the DoHFW. These patients will be referred by the MSVP of the Medical College/Superintendent of the DH/SDH/SGH/SSH recommending for free services with the required hospital prescription of the concerned patients. The EOM partner shall undertake the CT Scan as prescribed by the concerned Doctor without charging any amount from such referred patient.
Free Services. (a) We are not obligated to finally release any version of the Free Services. You will report to Us unusual, unplanned, or out of the ordinary events observed in a Free Services Access or use of a Free Services is restricted to Your internal performance evaluation of the Free Services in accordance with the use guidelines and restrictions set forth in Section 1.6 above.
Free Services. The User Account creation and all features made accessible by default upon registration online are free to use. Reveal reserves the right to change this principle of gratuity at any time. In such a context, Reveal will notify each Customer who has consented to this GTC of its new pricing policy, which will be effective at the end of the second month following the notification. (Example: notification on 10 June 2020, entry into force on 1 September 2020). This notification will be sent by e-mail to the address indicated by the Customer. Upon receipt, the Customer will benefit from a one-month reflection period at the end of which it must confirm to Reveal, by return of email, that it agrees to the pricing policy. In the absence of such consent, this Contract shall be considered terminated on the date of entry into force of the new pricing policy.
Free Services. The Contract is concluded for an unlimited period.
Free Services. The Customer who has subscribed to the Free Services can legally terminate the Contract, at any time and immediately after notifying Reveal by email. Such termination shall become effective at the end of the second month following the date of notification (Example: notification by email on 4 August 2020, Contract expiry on 1 November 2020).

Company will report to McAfee unusual, unplanned, or out of the ordinary events observed in a Free Services. Access or use of a Free Services is restricted to Company’s internal performance evaluation of the Free Services.

Free Services are provided to Customer without charge up to certain limits as described in the Documentation. Usage over these limits requires Customer’s purchase of additional resources or services. Customer agrees that Standards Digital, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate Customer’s access to the Free Services or any part thereof. Customer agrees that any termination of Customer’s access to the Free Services may be without prior notice, and Customer agrees that Standards Digital will not be liable to Customer or any third party for such termination.
Free Services. Builder may make Free Services available to Customer. Use of Free Services is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Usage over these limits requires Customer’s purchase of additional resources or services. Customer agrees that Builder, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate Customer’s access to the Free Services or any part thereof. Customer agrees that any termination of Customer’s access to the Free Services may be without prior notice, and Customer agrees that Builder will not be liable to Customer or any third party for such termination. Customer is solely responsible for exporting Customer Data from the Free Services prior to termination of Customer’s access to the Free Services for any reason, provided that if Builder terminates Customer’s account, except as required by law Builder will provide Customer a reasonable opportunity to retrieve its Customer Data. Builder’s indemnity does not apply to use of Free Services.
Free Services. The following terms and conditions (“Supplemental Terms”) apply to all Customers using Free Services, and are incorporated into the Agreement:
