FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS. Article 6. The Community and Morocco shall gradually establish a free trade area over a transitional period lasting a maximum of 12 years starting from the date of the entry into force of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in conformity with those of the 1994 General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade and the other multilateral agreements on trade in goods annexed to the Agreement establishing the WTO, hereinafter referred to as "GATT".

FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS. Article 2 The Parties shall gradually establish a free trade area on substantially all their trade between them in a transitional period lasting a maximum of nine years starting from the entry into force of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and in conformity with Article XXIV of the GATT 1994 and the other multilateral agreements on trade in goods annexed to the Agreement establishing the WTO.

Article 2 (aa6) The Community and Lebanon shall gradually establish a free trade area over a transitional period not exceeding 12 years from the entry into force of this Agreement according to the modalities set out in this title and in conformity with the provisions of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade of 1994 and of the other multilateral agreements on trade in goods annexed to the Agreement establishing the World Trade Organisation (WTO), hereinafter referred to as the GATT.
FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS. The implementation of the free movement of goods requires that the parties to the DCFTA, the European Union, and Ukraine abolish all measures constituting a barrier to trade within the envisaged free trade area. In contrast to the Europe Agreements concluded by the EU with the CEECs in the early 1990s, the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement – akin to the EEA Agreement97 – aims at the abolition of both technical98 and non-technical99 barriers to the free movement of goods and provision of services100 within the DCFTA. The movement of persons and capital is, however, still subjected more to restrictions than the freedoms it is ena- bled to enjoy. Consequently, it would make sense to refer to free move- ment only with regard to trade in goods. FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS. 2. Article 74 (Evolution clause) shall be replaced by: “Within two years of the entry into force of this Agreement, the Parties shall review the situation, taking account of the pattern of trade in agricultural products and processed agricultural products between the Parties, in particular the usage of the tariff concessions established in Annexes I and II of this Agreement, and noting the particular sensitivities of such products and the development of agricultural policy on both sides. The Parties shall examine, in the Association Committee, product by product and on an orderly and appropriate reciprocal basis, the opportunities for granting each other further concessions with a view to improving liberalisation of trade in agricultural and processed agricultural products.” 3 In Article 79.5 (Customs and related trade matters), “to the Framework Cooperation Agreement” shall be replaced by “, as incorporated into and modified by this Agreement”.
