Fraudulent Claims. If any claim under this Agreement is in any respect fraudulent, all benefits payable and/or paid in relation to that claim shall be forfeited and if deemed appropriate, recoverable, respectively.
Fraudulent Claims. Fraudulent actions automatically preclude employees from receiving injury leave benefits and if any benefits are paid pursuant to a fraudulent claim, they shall be repaid immediately and/or may be withheld from an employee's final pay upon termination. Fraudulent Claims. If any claim is found to be fraudulent, or if any false declaration is made, or if any fraudulent devices are used by You or the Insured Person or anyone acting on their behalf to obtain any benefit under this Policy then this Policy shall be void and all claims being processed shall be forfeited for all Insured Persons. All sums paid under this Policy shall be repaid to Us by You on behalf of all Insured Persons who shall be jointly liable for such repayment.

Fraudulent Claims. Any claim for benefits under the policy which is based on false or incorrect information on an application, claim form or other documents required to verify benefits will result in the benefits being denied or the liability assumed by the Beneficiary if the benefit has already been provided or performed.

Claims submitted pursuant to this section shall not be required to be sworn to before a notary public or other officer authorized to administer oaths, but any claim authorized or required to be made under any provision of this section shall contain a statement that the expenses were actually incurred by the traveler as necessary travel expenses in the performance of official duties and shall be verified by a written declaration that it is true and correct as to every material matter; and any person who willfully makes and subscribes any such claim which he or she does not believe to be true and correct as to every material matter, or who willfully aids or assists in, or procures, counsels, or advises the preparation or presentation under the provisions of this section of a claim which is fraudulent or is false as to any material matter, whether or not such falsity or fraud is with the knowledge or consent of the person authorized or required to present such claim, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083. Whoever shall receive an allowance or reimbursement by means of a false claim shall be civilly liable in the amount of the overpayment for the reimbursement of the public fund from which the claim was paid.
