FRAUD AND SECURITY. 9.1 Sub seller shall implement all prudent safeguards and controls necessary to prevent, detect and mitigate fraud, as well as to protect their customers, services and transactions from fraud.

The Customer will inform the Company immediately if the Customer knows or suspects (or ought reasonably to know or suspect) that a user name, password or PIN has been disclosed to an unauthorised user or is being used in an unauthorised way. The Customer will regularly change its passwords and PINs.
