Forms of Communication. On a form or in a format acceptable to the Custodian, the Account Holder may authorize the Custodian to accept written, verbal, fax, e‐mail and other means of communication for investment directions from the Account Holder or an Authorized Agent.

Forms of Communication. 1. CSEA may use bulletin boards designated for its use in appropriate places located on campus and at off-campus facilities. All items to be posted shall be officially authorized by the CSEA chapter president. A copy shall be provided to the Chancellor and the Vice Chancellor, Human Resources, or his/her designee, prior to posting. CSEA is limited to the use of no more than one-fourth (1/4) of any one designated bulletin board at any one time.

The following must be discussed at team meetings to ensure employees are receiving valuable information:- • Organisational Performance Measures • Team Performance Measures • Outcomes of Council Meetings • Outcomes of Executive Forum • Outcomes of Managers Meetings • Outcomes of the Workplace Safety Committee (Target Zero) (including Risk Management Initiatives) • Outcomes of the WCC Committee Minutes of all meetings will be taken and be accessible to all team members. Professional and Industrial Organisations Communication:- • Employees are provided with reasonable time within core working hours to attend union meetings provided service and team performance is not compromised, and at least 24 hours advance notice is provided to managementInformation provided by unions, and information on the WCC and its members will be provided to new employees • Union & professional employees delegates are allowed reasonable time to carry out their employee representative duties • Professional and industrial organisations employees' delegates and representatives are provided with appropriate support to carry out their duties. • Genuine union communications on issues affecting employees can be placed on notice boards etc.
Forms of Communication. 1. Duly authorized communications may be placed by CSEA on the bulletin boards of each worksite. Such communications shall be dated and bear CSEA identification as the distributor. Reasonable space and time limitations may be invoked by the District when necessary. CSEA should ensure that communications are removed from bulletin boards in a timely manner.

  • Recording of Communications Buyer, Seller and Guarantor shall have the right (but not the obligation) from time to time to make or cause to be made tape recordings of communications between its employees and those of the other party with respect to Transactions.
