For Jury Service. A member who has received notice from the commissioner of jurors to serve as a juror shall present said notice to the principal or immediate supervisor upon receipt of same. The principal or immediate supervisor shall make necessary arrangement for substitute services. A member who serves on jury duty will be paid by the Board at the member’s regular daily rate of pay. The member may retain all sums received from the court for jury duty in addition to receiving his or her full salary. The member shall be excused according to law and established administrative practice.

For Jury Service. The Company shall pay an employee who is required for jury service, the difference between their average straight hourly number of hours they normallywork on shift, and the payment received for jury service, the employee will present proof of service and the amount received.
