Flight Dispatcher Course. A course for up to two (2) of Buyer's flight dispatch personnel shall be conducted. Each course shall be for a maximum of five (5) working days duration. The course shall consist of classroom instruction covering general Aircraft familiarization, coverage of performance, flight planning, weight and balance and the Minimum Equipment List. BXXX shall furnish for each participant in this course one (1) copy of the Flight Crew Operating Manual which shall not be revised.

Bombardier shall furnish for each participant in this course one (1) copy of the Pilot Reference Manuals (PRM) Volume I (without revision service) or at Bombardier’s discretion an appropriate training guide.   • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Flight Crew (a) Lessor shall employ or engage and pay all salaries, benefits and/or compensation for a fully-qualified flight crew with appropriate credentials to conduct each flight undertaken under this Agreement. Lessor may use temporary flight crewmembers for a flight under this Agreement only if any such temporary crewmember is FlightSafety (or SimuFlite) trained, is current on the Aircraft and satisfies all of the requirements and conditions under the insurance coverage for the Aircraft. All flight crewmembers shall be included on any insurance policies that Lessor is required to maintain hereunder.

  • Shipments All Products delivered pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be suitably packed for shipment in accordance with the Specifications and marked for shipment to Customer’s destination specified in the applicable purchase order. Shipments will be made EXW (Ex-Works, Incoterms 2000) Flextronics’s facility, at which time risk of loss and title will pass to Customer. All freight, insurance and other shipping expenses, as well as any special packing expenses not included in the original quotation for the Products, will be paid by Customer. In the event Customer designates a freight carrier to be utilized by Flextronics, Customer agrees to designate only freight carriers that are currently in compliance with all applicable laws relating to anti-terrorism security measures and to adhere to the C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) security recommendations and guidelines as outlined by the United States Bureau of Customs and Border Protection and to prohibit the freight carriage to be sub-contracted to any carrier that is not in compliance with the C-TPAT guidelines.

  • Third Party Contractors Tenant shall obtain and deliver to Landlord, Third Party Contractor’s certificates of insurance and applicable endorsements at least seven (7) business days prior to the commencement of work in or about the Premises by any vendor or any other third-party contractor (collectively, a “Third Party Contractor”). All such insurance shall (a) name Landlord as an additional insured under such party’s liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.6, (b) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s commercial general liability insurance, (c) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-contributing, and (d) comply with Landlord’s minimum insurance requirements.

  • Third Party Services Any services required for or contemplated by the performance of the above-referenced services by the Administrator to be provided by unaffiliated third parties (including independent auditors’ fees and counsel fees) may, if provided for or otherwise contemplated by the Financing Order and if the Issuer deems it necessary or desirable, be arranged by the Issuer or by the Administrator at the direction (which may be general or specific) of the Issuer. Costs and expenses associated with the contracting for such third-party professional services may be paid directly by the Issuer or paid by the Administrator and reimbursed by the Issuer in accordance with Section 2, or otherwise as the Administrator and the Issuer may mutually arrange.

  • Transportation Reasonable transportation costs incurred in connection with the transportation of employees and material necessary for Operations.

  • Currency and Related Risks The Trust bears risks of holding or transacting in any currency, including any xxxx to market exposure associated with a foreign exchange transaction undertaken with or through the Custodian. Neither the Custodian nor any Sub-custodian shall be liable for any loss or damage arising from the applicability of any law or regulation now or hereafter in effect, or from the occurrence of any event, which may delay or affect the transferability, convertibility or availability of any currency in the country (a) in which such Principal or Agency Accounts are maintained or (b) in which such currency is issued, and in no event shall the Custodian or any Sub-custodian be obligated to make payment of a deposit denominated in a currency during the period during which its transferability, convertibility or availability has been affected by any such law, regulation or event. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, neither the Custodian nor any Sub-custodian shall be required to repay any deposit made at a foreign branch of either the Custodian or any Sub-custodian if such branch cannot repay the deposit due to a cause for which the Custodian would not be responsible in accordance with the terms of Section 9 of this Agreement unless the Custodian or such Sub-custodian expressly agrees in writing to repay the deposit under such circumstances. All currency transactions in any account opened pursuant to this Agreement are subject to exchange control regulations of the United States and of the country where such currency is the lawful currency or where the account is maintained. Any taxes, costs, charges or fees imposed on the convertibility of a currency held by the Trust shall be for the account of the Trust.

  • Freight Upon not less than twenty-four hours prior notice to Landlord, which notice may be oral, an elevator will be made available for Tenant's use for transportation of freight, subject to such scheduling as Landlord in its discretion deems appropriate. Tenant shall not transport freight in loads exceeding the weight limitations of such elevator. Landlord reserves the right to prescribe the weight, size and position of all equipment, materials, furniture or other property brought into the Building, and no property will be received in the Building or carried up or down the freight elevator or stairs except during such hours and along such routes and by such persons as may be designated by Landlord. Landlord reserves the right to require that heavy objects will stand on wood strips of such length and thickness as is necessary to properly distribute the weight. Landlord will not be responsible for loss of or damage to any such property from any cause, and Tenant will be liable for all damage or injuries caused by moving or maintaining such property.
