Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service. “Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service” shall mean Point-To-Point Transmission Service under the Tariff that is reserved and scheduled on an as-available basis and is subject to Curtailment or Interruption as set forth in Tariff, Part II, section 14.7. Transmission Provider shall take all steps necessary, in accordance with Good Utility Practice, to ensure that the operation and maintenance of the Maritime Link allows for the maintenance of sufficient transfer capability over the Maritime Link and its interconnections to the NS Transmission System and the NL Transmission System so as to allow for the transfer of the Energy and Capacity into the NS Transmission System and the NL Transmission System at a level equal to the Maritime Link Transmission Capacity.
