Fire Prevention. LESSEE agrees to use every reasonable precaution against fire and agrees to provide and maintain approved, labeled fire extinguishers, emergency lighting equipment, and exit signs and complete any other modifications within the leased premises as required or recommended by the Insurance Services Office (or successor organization), OSHA, the local Fire Department, or any similar body.
Fire Prevention. The Parties to this Agreement agree to cooperate in the development and implementation of fire prevention programs. Unit Administrators will ensure that fire prevention goals and activities are planned at local levels and are addressed in the appropriate operating plans. Specific fire prevention plans should be developed by local interagency fire management personnel. The Parties to this Agreement may pool resources and each Party pay its own costs. Unit Administrators are encouraged to participate in local fire prevention cooperatives, organizations, or groups, where applicable.
Fire Prevention. A. All materials used for display or any other purpose, including those used in special constructed exhibits, such as fabric, must be flame proof and meet all fire regulations.
Fire Prevention. Lessee will exert reasonable efforts to prevent fire on the Premises and will exercise due diligence in extinguishing any fire which might occur on said Premises. This provision shall not apply to the prescriptive silvicultural or agricultural burning practices performed or authorized by Lessor.
Fire Prevention. The Contractor shall conform to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to burning, fire prevention, and control within or adjacent to the Work Site. Necessary precautions to avoid and eliminate fire hazards shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. All tarpaulins used for any purpose during construction of the Work shall be made of material resistant to fire, water, and weather and shall bear UL labels. Lighting of any fires on the Project Site is strictly forbidden. The Contractor shall provide portable fire extinguishers compatible with the hazard of each work area and shall instruct its personnel in their location and use. Wherever welding or burning is conducted, inflammable materials shall be protected and a fire watch shall be provided by the Contractor to be present during the burning and welding operation to ensure that protective measures are taken and no fires result from such operation. The fire watch shall consist of trained employees with knowledge of fire and fire extinguishers, have in their possession portable fire extinguisher(s) equipment and communication equipment/devices readily available and know-how for proper use.

Fire Prevention. Space heaters, halogen lamps, candles, incense, xxxxxx boards, or any other open flame devices are prohibited in the Premises. Gas, electric, or charcoal grills are not permitted on balconies or near the Building.
Fire Prevention. The Contractor will meet requirements of the NAVSEA Industrial Ship Safety Manual, for fire prevention and response (8010 Manual) and NSI 009-28 and 009-08. The Contractor will account for required fire drills in the proposed work schedule. Availability of ship fire main will be determined by the Project Manager.
