Financial Public Relations. Within six (6) months from the Effective Date, the Company shall have retained a financial public relations firm reasonably acceptable to the Representative and the Company, which firm shall be experienced in assisting issuers in initial public offerings of securities and in their relations with their security holders, and shall retain such firm or another firm reasonably acceptable to the Representative for a period of not less than two (2) years after the Effective Date.

As of the Effective Date, the Company shall have retained a financial public relations firm reasonably acceptable to the Representative and the Company, which shall initially be Crescendo Communications, LLC, which firm shall be experienced in assisting issuers in initial public offerings of securities and in their relations with their security holders, and shall retain such firm or another firm reasonably acceptable to the Representative for a period of not less than two (2) years after the Effective Date.
Financial Public Relations. As of the Effective Date, the Company shall have contracted with ACCESSWIRE for distribution of press releases, webcasts, and IssuerDirect for its investor relations website, and shall use such services, or the services of substantially similar providers, for a period of not less than two (2) years after the Effective Date.

Financial Public Relations. (a) For a period of one year commencing on the signing of this Agreement, Consultant shall serve as Principal's financial public relations consultant. Consultant will be responsible for preparing and releasing information concerning Principal to the financial community, and establishing a public relations program for Principal. Consultant will also arrange to use the services of other public relations firms whose skills cover various areas of expertise needed to cover the broad spectrum of specific services required. The costs for these additional services must be approved by the Principal prior to implementation.
