Filing and Recording of Documents. Grantor forthwith upon the execution and delivery hereof, and thereafter from time to time, will cause this Deed and any security instrument creating a lien or evidencing the lien hereof upon the Chattels and each instrument of further assurance to be filed, registered or recorded in such manner and in such places as may be required by any present or future law in order to publish notice of and fully to protect the lien hereof upon, and the title of Trustee to, the Mortgaged Property.

  • Signing of Documents Tenant shall sign and deliver any instrument or documents necessary or appropriate to evidence any such attornment or subordination or agreement to do so.
