Family Premium Sample Clauses

Family Premium. Employees electing to obtain dependent coverage under a Family coverage election under the medical plan(s) will pay 25% of the premium cost of the dependent portion of Family coverage in addition to any applicable employee premium cost discussed in subsection A above, and the Unified Government shall pay the remaining contribution cost for the least expensive medical plan provided or administered by a major reputable carrier recommended by the Joint Committee and approved by the Unified Government Administrator.

Family Premium. Eighty percent (80%) of the actual monthly premium for all bargaining unit members hired prior July 1, 2005 who are regularly scheduled to work at least fifteen (15) hours per week; eighty percent (80%) of the actual monthly premium for all bargaining unit members hired on or after July 1, 2005 who are regularly scheduled to work at least thirty-two (32) hours per week; an amount equal to eighty percent (80%) of the actual monthly premium for the medium plan for all bargaining unit members hired after February 2, 2006 and prior to March 1, 2009who are regularly scheduled to work between 20 and 31.99 hours per week . and who are taking Board hospitalization and major medical insurance as of June 30, 2008; and fifty percent (50%) of the actual monthly premium for all bargaining unit members hired on or after March 1, 2009 who are regularly scheduled to work between 20 and 31.99 hours per week. In the event of an increase in the premium, the Board will pay the same percent, as listed above, of such increase.

  • Holiday Premium If an employee works one of the following holidays, they will receive time and one half for all hours worked on that holiday: New Year’s Day, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xx. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, the Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Holiday Premium Pay A Nurse working on a recognized Holiday is entitled to the following compensation for any hours worked on the calendar date of the recognized Holiday:

  • Sunday Premium All hours worked by an Employee on Sunday, shall be paid for on the basis of one and one-half (1½) times the Employee’s Regular Rate of Pay. For the purpose of this Section, Sunday shall be deemed to be the twenty-four (24) hours beginning with the shift change hour nearest to 12:01 a.m.

  • Night Premium For all time worked by employees, after 7 p.m. and before 7 a.m., by employees hired on or before August 5, 2005, a premium of twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour shall be paid.

  • Premium Pay “Premium Pay” is a special pay rate for working during times that are less desirable, such as weekends, holidays or late shifts. The City will not pay the Consultant Premium Pay.

  • Overtime and Premium Pay Section 1. Overtime at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times an employee's regular straight time hourly rate of pay shall be paid for all work over forty (40) hours in one (1) week.

  • Longevity Premium From the start of the sixty-first (61st) full month to and including the one hundred twentieth (120th) full month of continuous employment, permanent employees shall be paid a longevity premium of two percent (2%).

  • First Aid Premium First Aid Premiums shall apply when an employee is assigned by the Employer to be a First Aid Attendant on a job site and shall be paid as follows: Level II - $1.00 per hour. Level III - $2.00 per hour.

  • Weekend Premium Pay Any nurse who works on a weekend shall receive four dollars ($4.00) per hour premium pay for each hour worked on the weekend in addition to the nurse’s regular rate of pay. Weekend premium pay shall not be included in the nurse’s regular rate of pay for overtime pay calculations, unless required by the Fair Labor Standards Act. The weekend shall be defined as all hours between 11:00 p.m. Friday and 11:00 p. m. Sunday.

  • Weekend Premium Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and ten cents ($1.10) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision.
