Extra Hours (i) (a) Any additional hours beyond base hours shall be offered in a fair and impartial manner among "A" list part-time employees in the classification and in the geographical location in which the additional hours are required. Each zone and bureau and One Yonge Street shall be considered separate geographical locations. A part-time employee who is scheduled to work additional hours beyond the base hours (under the terms of Article 7) and who does not work those hours due to sickness shall be paid for such hours under the application of the sick leave provisions under Article 13 and Clause (2405).
Travelling Time and Fares Employees will be paid an excess fares allowance as prescribed by Schedule A per day where they have entitlement to this allowance under the Parent Award. Where an employee has an entitlement to the average excess travelling time payment pursuant to sub-clause
Exhibitions 1. Originating goods, sent for exhibition in third country and sold after the exhibition for importation in a Signatory Party shall benefit, on importation, from the provisions of this Agreement, provided it is shown to the satisfaction of the Customs Authorities that:
Exhibition The following applies to XXXX’x annual conference, CORROSION, only. Sponsors committing to Sponsorships less than or equal to $20,000 (referred to herein as an “Exhibitor”) are required to maintain an exhibit at the Event. Please note that all Exhibitors will have to complete the Exhibit Space Contract a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. Please note that all of the terms of the Exhibit Space Contract are incorporated into this Sponsorship Agreement by reference. If XXXX terminates this Sponsorship Agreement for any reason, the Exhibit Space Contract will automatically terminate. However, if Exhibitor chooses to terminate this Sponsorship Agreement in accordance with Section 18(b) of this Sponsorship Agreement, at XXXX’x sole discretion, the Exhibitor may be allowed to maintain an exhibit at the Event. XXXX will notify Exhibitor whether or not it can maintain an exhibit at the Event within five (5) days of receiving Exhibitor’s notice of termination.
TRAVELLING TIME 12.01 For the purposes of this Agreement travelling time is compensated for only in the circumstances and to the extent provided for in this Article.
Classroom Observation Classroom observations shall be conducted at least once for all unit members who have not met the threshold for reappointment as defined in Section 10.02 of Article10. Effective fall 2006 classroom observations shall be conducted on DCE form E3. Classroom observations may be conducted for any unit member, at the discretion of the President of the College, or designee thereof, for stated written reasons. Results of said observation shall be communicated to the unit member in writing. The unit member shall be afforded the opportunity to discuss the classroom observation with the evaluator and to respond in writing.
Core Hours (1) The default core hours for employees on Maxiflex schedules will be the 3 middle days of the employee’s tour of duty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., excluding a meal break.
Lunch If the Company elects to furnish a lunch meal, it will be suitable and may be in the form of a box lunch. The meal shall be eaten at the job site or a Company designated location. Employees eating a box lunch or other Company-provided lunch at the job site will be allowed 30 minutes paid time to eat and will also be granted the dollar amount of the meal allowance as specified under the labor agreement.
Operating Hours Subject to Building Rules and Regulations and such security standards as Landlord may from time to time adopt, the Building shall be open to the public during the Building Operating Hours and the Premises shall be open to Tenant during hours other than Building Operating Hours.
Summer Hours a) Every year, for a period of ten (10) weeks, from mid-June to mid-August (exact dates to be posted by the Human Resources Department) the length of the regular work week is reduced by three (3) hours without reduction in remuneration.
