EXHIBIT D INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS. GRANTEE must provide and maintain insurance for the duration of this Agreement against claims for injuries to persons and damage to property which may arise in any way from, or in connection with, performance of the Agreement by the GRANTEE, its agents, representatives, employees or subcontractors, if applicable, including without limitation each use of the grant funding provided under the Agreement.
EXHIBIT D INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS. 1. Lessee shall procure and maintain insurance during the entire term of this Lease Agreement against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property which in any way relate to, arise from, or relate to use of the Premises and any acts or omissions of Lessee. The City, its officers, agents and employees shall be named as additional insureds on the Advisor 's general liability and automobile liability insurance policies for any claims arising out of work performed under this Agreement.
