Exclusivity of the Agreement. 2.1. This Agreement is personal and the terms and conditions of the employment of the Employee shall be solely as set forth in this Agreement.
Exclusivity of the Agreement. During the Term of this Agreement, Client shall not engage any other person or entity to perform any acts or services to be performed by TBWB under this Agreement without the prior written approval of TBWB. TBWB’s right to perform consulting, media management, or any other services for any other person or party shall not be limited in any way.
Exclusivity of the Agreement. During the term of this Agreement, Investment Banker shall have the exclusive right to negotiate with prospective funding sources on behalf of Client.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Consultant’s services with the Company, and supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, representations and discussions between them, oral or written with respect to the Consultant’s services with the Company.

Any promise, term sheet or other agreement is null and void from the time of the signing of this document.
