Excess Fee. If, during the month prior to termination, Licensee downloads data from the Services, notwithstanding section 3.1.1 (b) and regardless of whether such activity constitutes a breach of section 4.1.2, such that the data downloaded (a) is twice that of Licensee’s monthly downloading average in the preceding six (6) months or (b) constitutes over five percent (5%) of the Content, then Licensee will pay to Mintel, in full upon termination, an excess fee equivalent to the Fee payable for the next Renewal Term.

Excess Fee. If drawings are made to the Borrower’s account in excess of the agreed Facility Limit and the Bank decides to pay those drawings, the Bank may charge an excess fee of up to $50.00 for each day the Borrower’s account is in excess. Interest Payment: Line Fees: Monthly in arrears as at the 1st of each month, accruing daily starting on the first day of utilisation of the overdraft, or as otherwise agreed between the parties. A fee (calculated quarterly) at the rate of 1.00% per annum on the highest Facility Limit recorded for this Facility during the relevant quarter. This fee is payable quarterly in arrears from the date the Facility is made available to the Borrower and will be debited to the Borrower’s current account the following business day.
Excess Fee. Rentals should be traditionally over by 11:00 pm, however a charge of 20% of the rental fee per hour can be purchased when submitting the contract to allow additional time. Rentals are not allowed to proceed after 1:00am. Renter, guests, caterers, etc. are to have cleaned up and leaving the premises by the 1:00am deadline. Additional hours prior to 11:00pm can be purchased at 10% of the rental fee per hour in excess of the seven (7) hour block of time.
Excess Fee. 13.3.1 The Bank is entitled to charge and recover an excess fee in the event that the utilisation of the NedFleet Facility causes the cardholder's exposure in terms hereof to exceed the Global Credit Limit.   • Termination Fee Charge A. In the event the Judicial Council terminates this Agreement pursuant to the “Termination Other Than for Cause” provision, as set forth in Exhibit A, the Judicial Council may be charged a Termination Fee, not to exceed the amount specified in Exhibit G.
