Evaluation of Applications. If the application is developed and processed in accordance with § 1980.113 of subpart B of this part, the provisions outlined in § 1980.114 of subpart B of this part apply with the following exceptions:

Evaluation of Applications. The proposals received within the deadline indicated in paragraph 3 will be evaluated according to the chronological order of receipt by an Evaluation Commission, which will express its evaluation on the basis of the Relevance of the information contained in the CVs to the theme of the selected workshop. The Commission will select a maximum of 2 candidates from Albania and 2 from the Molise Region (Italy). In the absence of suitable applications, the Evaluation Commission may vary the geographical composition of the participants, proceeding with a proportional distribution in order to guarantee cross-border participation in the workshops. The official language of the workshops will be English. This number of participants may vary according to developments in the legislation on the prevention of Covid-19 contagion. 3C Project will bear the costs of food and accommodation for the participants coming from Albania and Molise. It will be the responsibility of the TPP to book the necessary stay and meals. The travel costs from the country of residence to Puglia and vice versa will be paid by the Project Partners of the countries of residence of the participants. All participants in the Workshop will be covered by a specific insurance to protect against accidents and injuries. All communications will be by e-mail. The results will also be published on the TPP's institutional website.
Evaluation of Applications. Applications for funds will be considered by the appropriate Xxxx according to the value of the project or plan in relationship to the individual's contractual responsibilities. In evaluating competing requests for Faculty resource development funds, or any other use of limited resources, the Xxxx, after satisfying any other relevant selection criteria contained in this Negotiated Agreement, will give priority to those requests that best enhance the District's instructional and research programs.

Age will not be considered (provided that the applicant has the capacity to enter into a binding contract) unless the applicant is elderly (62 years or older) and age is a favorable factor. · Prosper will not make assumptions about the likelihood a person will bear or rear children and will, for that reason, receive diminished or interrupted income in the future. · A telephone in the applicant’s residence may be considered, but not whether it is listed in the applicant’s name. · Prosper will not discount or exclude income from consideration because it comes from part-time employment or is an annuity, pension, or other retirement benefit. The amount and probable continuance of any income may be considered. · Where credit history is normally considered, the credit history must be considered, when applicable, of accounts the applicant and the applicant’s spouse are both contractually liable for or both permitted to use. In addition, upon the applicant’s request, any account reported in the name of the applicant’s spouse or former spouse that reflects the applicant’s creditworthiness must be considered. The applicant, on request, may also present any information that tends to indicate that the credit history being considered does not accurately reflect the applicant’s creditworthiness. · Xxxxxxx may consider whether an applicant is a permanent resident of the United States, immigration status, and any additional information necessary to ascertain rights and remedies regarding repayment.
Evaluation of Applications. (a) Applicants who are eligible to respond to a vacancy announcement and submit the required information will be evaluated by the HCMD, Employment and Classification Branch to determine if the applicant meets the minimum qualifications required to satisfactorily perform the duties and responsibilities of the vacant position. Applicants who have not yet satisfied the time in grade requirements may be considered provided they meet the requirements within 45 days of the closing date of the announcement.
Evaluation of Applications. Evaluation Committee The evaluation committee consists of at least three members. Members are comprised of IYF Baltimore, IYF Jordan, and MOSD staff. USAID staff may participate as non voting members. Evaluation Criteria Applicants are shortlisted based on Administrative Compliance and Technical Capacity.
