The applicant, on request, may also present any information that tends to indicate that the credit history being considered does not accurately reflect the applicant’s creditworthiness. · Xxxxxxx may consider whether an applicant is a permanent resident of the United States, immigration status, and any additional information necessary to ascertain rights and remedies regarding repayment.
