Establishment of Committees. The Union and the Employer acknowledge the mutual benefits to be derived from joint consultation and hereby approve the establishment of Labour-Management Committees in appropriate local work units and one on a Provincial basis.
Establishment of Committees. The Employer and the Union agree to the establishment of Professional Practices Committees. The parties acknowledge that such Committees shall be established on a worksite basis except where otherwise agreed.
Establishment of Committees. The University will appoint and maintain a Committee to be known as the Management Committee, one member of which shall be designated “Chairperson”. The Union, will appoint a Bargaining Committee consisting of not more than five (5) members of the Union. The Union will advise the University of the names of the Union members of this Committee.

(a) The Regional Transmission Owners shall supply representatives to the Planning Committee to provide the data, information, and analysis support necessary to perform studies as required. As used herein, "Regional Transmission Owner" shall be defined as it is in the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff ("PJM Tariff").

Establishment of Committees. (a) The parties agree to form a Committee to address complaints that, with the advent of new technology allowing up to forty (40) minutes of continuous recording of photography, microphone boom operators are sometimes required to hold a boom for long periods of time, which could result in muscle fatigue. The Committee will explore approaches to this issue.
Establishment of Committees. AstraZeneca and Prometheus will establish a strategic oversight committee (the "Oversight Committee") comprised of eight (8) representatives. AstraZeneca shall appoint four (4) representatives to such committee and Prometheus shall appoint four (4) representatives. The Oversight Committee shall meet Quarterly in the first twelve (12) months of this Agreement and thereafter every six (6) months, and otherwise as requested by AstraZeneca or Prometheus to review, coordinate and monitor performance under the Marketing Plan, to review Prometheus changes to the annual Marketing Plan and to discuss other significant or strategic management issues regarding the operation of this Agreement. AstraZeneca and Prometheus will also establish an Operations Committee (the "Operations Committee"), which will consist of six (6) representatives; three (3) shall be appointed by AstraZeneca and three (3) representatives shall be appointed by Prometheus. The Operations Committee shall meet as required in the Interim Period and, following the First Sales Booking Date, shall meet no less than monthly in the first Sales Year and thereafter Quarterly to review and address operational issues with regard to the performance of this Agreement, including Manufacturing and supply issues. Each Party may replace any of its designees to a committee at any time by giving written notice to the other Party. The initial members and the co-chairpersons of the Oversight Committee and the Operations Committee are set out in Schedule V (Oversight and Operations Committees). Each Party shall be responsible for all of its own expenses of participating in any committee. Meetings of any committee may be held by audio or video teleconference with the consent of each Party.
Establishment of Committees. The Managers, by a resolution adopted by the affirmative vote of all of the Managers, may establish committees, consisting of one (1) or more persons appointed by the affirmative vote of a majority of the Managers, and having the authority of the Managers in the management of the business of the Company only to the extent provided in such resolution, and the Managers may delegate to any such committee or committees any and all authority that the Managers deems desirable and to the extent authorized under the Act. Committees other than any special litigation committee are subject at all times to the direction and control and serve at the pleasure of the Managers.

The Company and the Bank hereby establish two committees to, in addition to the Managers (described in Section 3.3(a) below), oversee and review the conduct of the Program pursuant to this Agreement and perform any other action that, pursuant to any express provision of this Agreement (including Section 3.2(d)(ii)(D)), requires the committee’s action: (i) a Strategic Operating Committee (the “Strategic Operating Committee”) and (ii) a Marketing Committee (the “Marketing Committee”).
