End User Retention of Telephone Number. When End User Customers switch from CenturyLink to QuantumShift, or to QuantumShift from any other reseller, and if they do not change their physical service address to an address served by a different Rate Center, such End User Customers shall be permitted to retain their current telephone numbers if they so desire and if such number retention is not prohibited by Applicable Law or regulations for number administration and Number Portability (NP).
