The End User shall ensure the preparation of the Premises including building works ready for installation of the Equipment and/or Solution including provision of an appropriate electricity supply and/or network points as agreed with the Supplier. The End User shall make available staff to perform the Acceptance Tests (where applicable). The End User shall respond to any reasonable request for information from the Supplier. The End User will assign a Project Manager who will interface with the Supplier’s Project Manager, to ensure both parties use reasonable endeavours to meet the milestones determined in the Project Implementation Plan where such a plan is appropriate. The End User shall ensure that all Orders are awarded in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement and in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2006.
End User Responsibilities. End Users are not eligible for the Fast-Track Dispatch Program, unless they have designated themselves as Self-Maintainers or have a Third Party Maintainer. Notwithstanding the provisions of this paragraph, participating End Users must be Dell Corporate or Dell Public customers only. The Program is not available to individual consumer accounts associated with third- party extended service contracts.
End User Responsibilities. End User is responsible for providing sufficient information and data to allow VECTRA to readily reproduce all reported Errors. If VECTRA believes that a problem reported by End User may not be due to an Error in the Software or cannot be readily reproduced VECTRA will so notify End User. End User shall document and promptly report all Errors to VECTRA and take all steps necessary to carry out procedures for the rectification of Errors or malfunctions within a reasonable time after such procedures have been received from VECTRA.
End User Responsibilities. 5.1. If End User experiences any service outages, delays, unavailability, loss of data or incidents in general, End User is required to immediately report such incidents to Supplier.

Except to the extent caused by NECAM breach of this Agreement, (a) End-User is responsible for all activities that occur under End-User account, regardless of whether the activities are authorized by End- User or undertaken by End-User, End-User employees or a third party (including your contractors, agents or users), and (b) NECAM and our affiliates are not responsible for unauthorized access to End-User account.
