Employment Reporting. The Contractor certifies that it shall comply with the requirements of 820 ILCS 405/1801.1, concerning newly hired employees.
Employment Reporting. The Company shall continue to employ the Executive as its Chief Executive Officer. The Executive hereby accepts such continued employment, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Executive shall report directly to the Board of Directors of the Company (the "BOARD").
Employment Reporting. Agent will prepare, execute, and file for the Owner and for itself all forms, reports, and returns required by law in connection with the employment of personnel, including unemployment insurance, worker's compensation insurance, disability benefits, social security, and other similar insurance, benefits or taxes now in effect or hereafter imposed.

The Non-profit will have each employee for which LMI status is relevant (normally this includes employees for created jobs, and employees for retained jobs, but not employees forming the measuring baseline of present employment by the Non-profit), complete the Department's Employee Certification Form (such form to be provided to the Non-profit by the City). Such form requests information from the employee concerning the employee's income status, race, gender, and handicap status. The information from such forms, and other pertinent employment data reasonably required by the City, will be provided by the Non-profit, at least semi-annually. Such information is for use by the City and the Department in assembling and reporting LMI and other employment data to meet HUD requirements for the CDBG program.

The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (the “MMC CEO”) of Xxxxx & McLennan Companies, Inc. (“MMC”).
Employment Reporting. MMC shall employ the Executive as its President and Chief Executive Officer. The Executive hereby accepts such employment, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Executive shall be based at the Company’s headquarters in New York, New York and shall report directly to the Board of Directors of MMC (the “Board”). No later than the earlier of (i) the first Board meeting following the Effective Date or (ii) 30 days following the Effective Date, the Executive shall be appointed to the Board, and thereafter during the Term (as defined in Section 2.1 hereof), the Company shall cause the Executive to be nominated to the Board, and use its reasonable efforts to cause the Executive to be re-elected to the Board.
Employment Reporting. The Company shall employ the Executive as its Chief Financial Officer. The Executive hereby accepts such employment, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the “Chief Executive Officer”).
Employment Reporting. Borrower will provide or cause to be provided verified annual job reporting and employment documentation, acceptable to the Director of Economic Development in its reasonable discretion, and allow access by the Department of Economic Development for verification of employment and payroll.
Employment Reporting. All references in the Agreement to the Employee reporting to, and/or accepting assignments or orders from, “the President and CEO” shall be replaced by “the Board of Directors”, as the context requires.
