Employee’s Request and Employer s Decision to be in Writing The Employee’s request and the Employer’s decision made under paragraphs (a) and (b) must be in writing. The Employer’s response, including details of the reasons for any refusal, must be given as soon as practicable and no later than 21 days after the request is made.
