Employee Invention Assignment and Confidentiality Agreement. As an employee of the Company, you will continue to have access to certain confidential information of the Company and you may, during the course of your employment, develop certain information or inventions that will be the property of the Company. By signing this letter, you represent that you are able to perform your job duties within these guidelines, and you are not in unauthorized possession of any confidential documents, information, or other property of any former employer or other third party. You further represent that you have disclosed to the Company in writing, and have provided the Company with, a copy of any agreement you may have with any third party (e.g., any former employer) which may conflict with or limit your ability to perform your duties to the Company.
