Emergency Repair. Party B shall make a plan for emergency repair, rescue and disaster relief, and build a guarantee system effective in organizing, directing, supplying equipment and materials, so that when gas emergencies happen, the guarantee system can be launched smoothly. Party B shall have a pipe gas facilities emergency repair team, providing around-the-clock emergency hotline.
Emergency Repair. An employee who is called in for emergency repair shall be paid double the employee’s regular rate for all hours worked, up to the starting time of the employee’s scheduled shift but in any event not less than four (4) hours.
Emergency Repair. In the event of an emergency situation that requires immediate action to protect persons or property, work may proceed within the right-of-way without authorization from the district administrator’s designee; however, the locality must contact the VDOT Emergency Operations Center as soon as reasonably possible but no later than 48 hours after the end of the emergency situation. The permittee must apply for a separate land use permit from the local district permit office for any emergency work performed on state maintained right-of-way when the following actions are proposed: • Stopping or impeding highway travel in excess of 15 minutes, or, • Accessing facilities within limited access right-of-way, or, • Cutting the highway pavement or shoulders. The district administrator’s designee shall determine the applicable permit fee for emergency repair permits.
Emergency Repair. In the event of an emergency situation that requires immediate action to protect persons or property, work may proceed within the right‐of‐way without authorization from the local residency permit office; however, the wireless service provider or wireless infrastructure provider must contact the VDOT Emergency Operations Center as soon as reasonably possible but no later than 48 hours after the end of the emergency situation.
Emergency Repair. Emergency Cable installation, maintenance or repair methods shall be as set forth in Exhibit H attached hereto.
Emergency Repair. In the event of an Emergency Repair outside normal business hours that involves loss of heating, cooling, plumbing or a substantial loss of electrical service or any other covered condition which renders a dwelling uninhabitable it will be considered a temporary emergency condition. You should take all reasonable steps, including, but not limited to, vacating the premises and contacting the proper authority if necessary and then notify Us of such fact through the use of the toll-free number provided to You in this Agreement or email Administrator with contact and Agreement information at xxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx. Appliance failure is not considered an emergency. If the determination has been made by Administrator that the failure is covered, We will give the proper authorization to the licensed, bonded and insured service professional You selected to repair or replace covered failures and repairs.
Emergency Repair. The Landlord may stop service of plumbing, heating or electrical system, because of an accident, emergency, repairs, or changes until the work is completed. If unable to supply any service because of labor trouble, lack of fuel supply or other cause not controlled by Landlord, the Landlord is excused from supplying that service. Service will resume when the Landlord is able to supply it. Tenant agrees that Landlord shall not be liable for any personal injury or loss or damage which is caused by a failure or malfunction of the sewer or water system, gas or heating system, or electrical system when such failure or malfunction is the result of acts or omissions beyond the direct control of the Landlord, nor shall Landlord be liable, in the event the leased premises are part of a building containing more than one unit, for any personal injury or loss or damage to property that may result from or arise out of any acts or omissions of other tenants or occupants in the building in which the leased premises are located, or their guests or pets, when such acts or omissions are beyond the direct control of Landlord. Tenant expressly acknowledges that Xxxxxxxx's insurance does not cover Xxxxxx's personal possessions in the event of loss or damage due to fire, windstorm, flood, theft, vandalism, or other similar cause, and further acknowledges that Landlord has required Tenant to obtain and maintain Xxxxxx's own renter's insurance policy to insure Tenant's personal possessions or personal liability.
Emergency Repair. If the Commission determines that emergency repairs are necessary, perform the repairs within 24 hours of notification.
Emergency Repair. Emergency repairs will be performed on an as-needed basis. Emergency repairs include any unforeseen, unanticipated work not listed under Preventative Maintenance. Initial response to an emergency service request will take place within twenty-four (24) hours. The response will consist of diagnosing the scale problems and quotes for the repair. Repairs will begin as soon as authorization is given.
