Eligible Renewable Energy Resource. Seller shall be solely responsible for certifying the Facility with the PUC as a renewable energy resource pursuant to Section 6.0 of the Code of Rhode Island Rules 00-000-000 (as amended from time to time) and maintaining such certification throughout the Services Term; provided, however, that if the Facility ceases to qualify as a renewable energy resource solely as a result of a change in Law, Seller shall only be required to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain such certification after that change in Law.

Eligible Renewable Energy Resource. Subject to Section 4.7(b), Seller shall be solely responsible at Seller’s cost for qualifying the Facility as an Eligible Renewable Energy Resource and maintaining such qualification throughout the Services Term. Seller shall take all actions necessary to register for and maintain participation in the GIS to register, monitor, track, and transfer RECs. Seller shall provide such additional information as Buyer may request relating to such qualification and participation and the registration, monitoring, tracking and transfer of RECs.
Eligible Renewable Energy Resource. The Facility shall be an Eligible Renewable Energy Resource, qualified by the applicable regulatory authority for the state of Rhode Island as eligible to participate in the Renewable Energy Standard program, under R.I.G.L. § 39-26-1 et seq. (subject to Section 4.7(b) in the event of a change in Law affecting such qualification as an Eligible Renewable Resource) and shall have a Commercial Operation Date as verified by the Buyer.

  • GOVERNMENT ENERGY OR UTILITY CONTROLS In the event of imposition of federal, state or local government controls, rules, regulations, or restrictions on the use or consumption of energy or other utilities during the Term, both Landlord and Tenant shall be bound thereby. In the event of a difference in interpretation by Landlord and Tenant of any such controls, the interpretation of Landlord shall prevail, and Landlord shall have the right to enforce compliance therewith, including the right of entry into the Premises to effect compliance.

  • Additional Resources The WLSC may establish workgroups that include other department representatives and/or subject matter experts. These subcommittees will conform with rules established by the WLSC.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority. The Strategic Account Manager will:  Attend quarterly, or as otherwise agreed, review meetings with the Authority, in person at the Authority’s premises or other locations as determined by the Authority  Attend regular catch-up meetings with the Authority, in person or by telephone/videoconference  Resolve any on-going operational issues which have not been resolved by the Contractor or Account Manager(s) and therefore require escalation  Ensure that the costs involved in delivering the Framework are as low as possible, whilst always meeting the required standards of service and quality.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES A. Landlord shall provide electric power for a combined load of 3.0 xxxxx per square foot of useable area for lighting and for office machines through standard receptacles for the typical office space.

  • ADMINISTRATION SERVICES When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. Site of Care Program For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care.   • Financial Resources The Adviser has the financial resources available to it necessary for the performance of its services and obligations contemplated in the Pricing Disclosure Package, the Prospectus, and under this Agreement, the Investment Management Agreement and the Administration Agreement.

  • Energy Conservation The Contractor agrees to comply with mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act.
