Eligible Intercompany Investments. (1) The Bank, acting through the Branch, shall be entitled to redeem all or any portion of the Subordinated Note prior to the Partnership Interest Maturity Date, subject to the conditions set forth in Section 3 of the provisions of the Subordinated Note.

  • Accounts Excluded from Financial Accounts The following accounts are excluded from the definition of Financial Accounts and therefore shall not be treated as U.S. Reportable Accounts.
