Effective Date of the Amendment. This Amendment is effective upon the date of execution by both Parties; or, if signed by the Parties on different dates, upon the date of execution by the latter of the two Parties.

Na hipótese de indisponibilidade de fundos pelas Partes ou de fontes externas, o pessoal, os grupos de pesquisa e estudantes de cada Parte serão responsáveis pelos custos (por exemplo, viagens, hospedagem, alimentação, transporte, e requerimentos e procedimentos de vistos) decorrentes de sua respectiva participação nas atividades no âmbito deste acordo.”. Cláusula 3ª Ratificação As demais cláusulas e condições do acordo de cooperação ao qual se refere expressamente o presente instrumento permanecem inalteradas. Cláusula 4ª Data de Entrada em Vigor do Termo Aditivo Este termo aditivo entra em vigor na data de sua última assinatura e permanecerá vigente pelo restante da vigência do acordo específico de cooperação em pesquisa e intercâmbio de professores e pesquisadores entre a Universidade de Sherbrooke e a Universidade Federal de São Carlos em 9 de setembro de 2020, a qual está prevista para encerrar-se em 9 de setembro de 2025.
