Duty roster. 1 The employer shall draw up a duty roster for employees who have alternating working hours under the working hours regulations. 2 The roster shall in any case include the shifts to be worked and the working hours.
Duty roster. 35.1 A roster setting out hours of duty, on-call requirements, meal times, commencing times, finishing times, weekend duty, night duty and other such duty where applicable and as prescribed by the Employer within the provisions of Section 2 shall be kept posted in some readily accessible section of the building for viewing of persons thereat employed and subject to Section 2. In the case of resignation or termination of employment of a permanent Deck Officer, SeaRoad will undertake to recruit and assess the suitability of potential candidates to replace the departing Deck Officer promptly but may engage Reliever Deck Officers while this process is undertaken.
