Duty roster. 35.1 A roster setting out hours of duty, on-call requirements, meal times, commencing times, finishing times, weekend duty, night duty and other such duty where applicable and as prescribed by the Employer within the provisions of Section 2 shall be kept posted in some readily accessible section of the building for viewing of persons thereat employed and subject to Section 2. The roster shall be posted at least three days prior to becoming effective. It shall only be altered on account of sickness or other pressing emergency.
