Drug Free Workplace Act. The Drug-Free Workplace Act (Public Law 100-690 Title V, subtitle D, 41 USC 701 et seq.). Age Discrimination Act of 1975 The Age Discrimination Act of 1975, 42 U.S.C. Sections 6101 et. seq. and its implementing regulation, 45 C.F.R. Part 91; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. 794, as amended, and implementing regulation 45 C.F.R. Drug Free Workplace Act. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of §§ 50-24-1 through 50-24-6 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated (O.C.G.A.) relating to the “Drug-Free Workplace Act” and shall execute a certification in the form of Section K - Attachment 01, incorporated herein by reference.
Drug Free Workplace Act. In accordance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act, Program is informing member of the following, and by signing below the member is acknowledging that:
Drug Free Workplace Act. The Contractor certifies that the provisions of O.C.G.A. §§ 50-24-1 through 50-24-6 (as may be amended or re-numbered) relating to the “Drug Free Workplace Act” will be complied with in full. The Contractor further certifies that: (i) A Drug Free Workplace will be provided for employees during the performance of the Contract, and (ii) that if a Subcontractor is engaged by the Contractor to work in a Drug Free Workplace, the Contractor shall secure from the Subcontractor the following written certification: “As part of the subcontracting agreement with (Contractor’s name) , (Subcontractor’s name) certifies to the Contractor that a drug-free workplace will be provided for the Subcontractor’s employees during the performance of this Contract pursuant to the ‘Drug Free Workplace Act’”. Contractor also certifies to the Owner and the Engineer that the Contractor and its employees will not engage in the unlawful manufacture, sale, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of any controlled substance or marijuana during the performance of the Contract.

By signing this Agreement Provider certifies that it will comply with the requirements of the Drug Free Workplace Act of 1990 (California Government Code, Title 2, Chapter 1, Division 5.5, Section 8350 et seq.) and will provide drug free workplaces by taking the following actions:

Drug Free Workplace Act. Section 44.1. All bargaining unit employees shall refrain from working under the influence, the unlawful use, manufacture, distribution, or possession of controlled substances or alcohol while on duty, on County premises, or at any workplace. The Employer shall provide a drug-free workplace and educational information for all bargaining unit members. Also, all bargaining unit members shall comply with the Adams County Commissioners’ drug testing policy.
Drug Free Workplace Act. Multnomah County, in keeping with the provisions of the federal Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988, is committed to establishing and maintaining a work place, which is free of alcohol and drugs and free of the effects of prohibited alcohol and drug use.
