Dissemination Committee. Knowledge and technology transfer will be organized by a Dis- semination Committee, formed by the NA3 Leader and representatives of the Partners (one identified person per partner), in liaison with the Management Committee and the Project web-officer. The DC meets in person three times in the connection of the GA.

Dissemination Committee. For managing the dissemination activities, the leader of the Dissemination Work Package (WP8) - Tritecc will be supported in the Dissemination Committee by five partners: 3 industrial partners (BZN, PROMA and VMI) and 2 research centers (ONI and DIL). The main tasks foreseen for the Dissemination Committee are: • Evaluation of the requests for publication, press releases and other forms of dissemination material; • Development of the “Plan for disseminating the knowledge” (initial and follow-ups); • Identification of the most suitable dissemination channels and relevant stakeholders. Based on the results of the project, the Dissemination Committee will propose and consider undertaking measures of intellectual property protection such as a patent application and/or a trade mark, which will be also added into the “Final version of the Plan for using and disseminating the knowledge” which will contain as well a plan for management of knowledge and intellectual property (IP) and a plan for dissemination of knowledge beyond the consortium where several non- confidential documents based on the PLEASURE results suitable for publication will be established.
Dissemination Committee a. Assisted by the Secretariat and under the supervision of the Steering Committee, the Dissemination Committee will be responsible for making suggestions on the dissemination, outreach and networking activities of the Consortium.
Dissemination Committee. Apart from the bodies described above, the Parties have foreseen a Dissemination Committee. This additional body, consisting of selected Parties supports and advises the Parties towards dissemination matters. In particular, it handles the reviewing of plans of publications as set in Article 8.4.2. This body is chaired by the leader of WP12.

  • Evaluation Committee A The Association and the Board agree to establish a standing joint Evaluation Development Committee for the purpose of establishing the procedure and process, including the evaluation instrument, for the evaluation of teachers in the District and to regularly review the effectiveness of the procedure and process, including the evaluation instrument, for the evaluation of teachers in the District.

  • Education Committee (a) The Employer will establish an Education Committee for all employees in the facility, which shall include at least one representative from ONA members.

  • Conference Committee The Conference Committee shall meet at least quarterly. It shall consist of the three elected representatives of the nurses plus one clinical unit representative appointed by the nurse bargaining unit, and an Association staff member, and five representatives of the Employer to include the Chief Nursing Executive and/or designee and one member of the Employer’s contract negotiating team. The purpose of the Conference Committee is to act in an advisory capacity to xxxxxx problem solving through communications between the Employer and nurses in the bargaining unit and deal with matters of nursing practice and general concern to the parties. Major organizational or policy changes in the nursing department that have a direct bearing on nursing practice or working conditions shall be an appropriate subject for discussion by the Conference Committee. Attendance at Conference Committee will be considered work time and will be paid at the regular rate of pay. A general group “grievance” as defined in this Agreement coming before the Conference Committee which is not resolved by the parties may be submitted in accordance with Article 18 at Step Two of the Grievance Procedure.

  • Consultative Committee 26.1 The parties agree to establish a consultative committee to assist the parties improve productivity, efficiency and to provide for the effective involvement of employees in decision making processes. The committee will consist of an equal number of company and elected employee representatives.

  • Advisory Committee The Settling State shall designate an Opioid Settlement Remediation Advisory Committee (the “Advisory Committee”) to provide input and recommendations regarding remediation spending from that Settling State’s Abatement Accounts Fund. A Settling State may elect to use an existing advisory committee or similar entity (created outside of a State-Subdivision Agreement or Allocation Statute); provided, however, the Advisory Committee or similar entity shall meet the following requirements:

  • LIAISON COMMITTEE 8.01 A Liaison Committee shall be established which shall meet on an informal basis at the call of any of the parties signatory hereto, to discuss matters of mutual interest pertaining to the Project and/or this Agreement, with the objective of promoting and maintaining beneficial relations and cooperation between the parties, and of ensuring the achievement of the purposes of this Agreement. The Liaison will meet at least twice per year.

  • Joint Job Evaluation Committee The parties entered into agreement December 17, 1992, to ensure the Joint Gender- Neutral Job Evaluation Plan remains current and operational and to that end endorsed the Joint Gender-Neutral Job Evaluation Maintenance Agreement. The parties agree that a guiding principle for the Committee is that there shall be no discrimination between male and female employees wherein a person of one sex is paid more than a person of the other sex for similar or substantially similar work.

  • Union Committee The Union shall appoint and maintain a Committee comprising persons who are employees of the Employer, and/or the Senior Union Official, or her/his representative, which shall be known as the Union Committee. The Union at all times shall keep the Employer informed of the individual membership of the Committee.
