Dismissal of School Resource Deputy; Replacement. A. In the event the principal of the school to which the SRD is assigned feels that the particular SRD is not effectively performing his or her duties and responsibilities, the principal shall recommend to the Superintendent’s designee (the Chief of Sarasota School Police) that the SRD be removed from the program at his/her school and shall state the reasons therefore in writing. Within a reasonable time after receiving the recommendation from the principal, the Superintendent or his/her designee (Chief of Sarasota School District Police) shall advise the Sheriff or his/her designee of the principal's request. If the Sheriff so desires, the Superintendent and Sheriff, or their designees, shall meet with the SRD to mediate or resolve any problems which may exist. At such meeting, specified members of the staff of the school to which the SRD is assigned may be required to be present. If, within a reasonable amount of time after commencement of such mediation the problem cannot be resolved or mediated or in the event mediation is not sought by the Sheriff, then the SRD shall be removed from the program at the school and a replacement shall be obtained.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by MLTC for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by MLTC, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit MLTC to route the MLTC Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by MLTC. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MLTC will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. MLTC shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to MLTC’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • State Approval of Replacement Personnel The Engineer may not replace the project manager or key personnel without prior consent of the State. The State must be satisfied that the new project manager or other key personnel is qualified to provide the authorized services. If the State determines that the new project manager or key personnel is not acceptable, the Engineer may not use that person in that capacity and shall replace him or her with one satisfactory to the State within forty-five (45) days.

  • Replacement of Key Personnel The Engineer must notify the State in writing as soon as possible, but no later than three business days after a project manager or other key personnel is removed from association with this contract, giving the reason for removal.
