  • Processing operations The personal data transferred will be subject to the following basic processing activities:

  • Processing Costs In addition to the Purchase Price, Buyer shall pay Processing Costs in the amount of $900.00, to be paid to Seller in cash or other readily available funds at closing.   • Records of Processing Activities 6.1 The Data Processor shall keep records of all categories of processing activities performed on behalf of the Data Controller. Records of Processing activities shall include at least the following:

  • Direct Charges To the extent Cash-based Expenses are incurred by the Contractor, the Contractor shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary actual direct costs incurred (e.g., equipment, supplies, travel and other costs directly associated with the performance of the Agreement) to the extent required in the performance of the Work and to the extent such costs are anticipated in the Budget. Travel, lodging, meals and incidental expenses shall be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary costs incurred. Costs shall not exceed the daily per diem rates published in the Federal Travel Regulations. Reimbursement for the use of personal vehicles shall be limited to the Internal Revenue Service business standard mileage rate in effect at the time the expense was incurred.

  • Indirect Costs If indirect costs are charged, the Subrecipient will develop an indirect cost allocation plan for determining the appropriate Grantee share of administrative costs and shall submit such plan to the Grantee for approval.

  • Payment of Project Costs The Grantee agrees that it will provide for payment of its full share of Project costs and that all costs connected with the Project will be paid by the Grantee on a timely basis.

  • Operational Costs All costs related to the operation of the ISG, except those described in Article 4, shall be supported by the ISG Members in accordance with Articles 3.1., 3.2 and 3.3.
