Determination of Award. The amount of the Award due to Lessor and Lessee as a result of Appropriation shall be separately determined by the court having jurisdiction of such proceedings based on the following: Lessor shall be entitled to that portion of the Award attributable to the value of the fee interest in the Premises (or portion thereof subject to Appropriation, in case of a partial Appropriation) subject to this Lease, and to the value of Lessor's reversionary interest in the Improvements (or portion thereof subject to Appropriation, in case of a partial Appropriation), as determined by the court; Lessee shall be entitled to that portion of the Award attributable to the value of Lessee's leasehold interest in the Premises (or portion thereof subject to Appropriation, in case of a partial Appropriation) and to the value of Lessee's interest in the Improvements (or portion thereof subject to Appropriation, in case of a partial Appropriation), as determined by the court.

An entry of NC (No Charge) shall be entered if bidder intends to furnish individual items at no charge to the Government. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to reject any offer that contains prices for individual items of production (whether or not such items are included in the Determination of Award) that are inconsistent or unrealistic in regard to other prices in the same offer or to GPO prices for the same operation if such action would be in the best interest of the Government. All vouchers submitted to the GPO shall be based on the most economical method of production. Fractional parts of 100 will be prorated at the per 100 rate.
Determination of Award. Following the end of the Performance Period, the Committee will certify the payout percentage for each target award for each applicable performance period. The PSUs subject to vesting during the applicable performance period will, together with their associated dividend equivalents, be automatically forfeited if the Company’s performance during such applicable performance period does not meet or exceed the 30th percentile. Performance at or above the threshold level will result in PSUs becoming vested as set forth below, and shares underlying such vested PSUs shall be distributed following completion of the certification described above.

Determination of Award. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Participant’s earned Award for the Performance Period shall equal the product of: (a) the Participant’s Target Award Opportunity and (b) the percent of Target Award Opportunity earned as determined in Paragraph 2 above. The Committee shall have the sole authority to calculate the Participant’s earned Award.
Determination of Award. As soon as administratively practicable after the end of the Performance Period, in accordance with Section 4(b) of the Plan, the Committee shall certify in writing (a) the level of attainment of the Performance Targets and (b) the incentive amounts earned by the Participant pursuant to the Award. Notwithstanding the level attained for each Performance Target, the Committee may reduce the amount payable to the Participant with respect to the Award based on factors the Committee deems relevant.

Determination of Award. The Government will determine the lowest offer by applying the prices offered in the "SCHEDULE OF PRICES" to the following units of production which are the estimated requirements to produce one year's work under this contract. These units do not constitute, nor are they to be construed as, a guarantee of the volume of work which may be ordered under this contract. The following item designations correspond to those listed in the "SCHEDULE OF PRICES" except for Item V, "SHIPPING CHARGES", which is offered in per 100 lb. (cwt.) weight cost based upon overall weight of shipment while the calculations for award will be based upon an estimated number of "per cwt." falling within each weight range.
