Detailed Cost Estimate. As directed in writing by the Director from time to time, the Construction Manager shall provide detailed cost estimates for the Project, based upon design documents prepared by the Consultant.

Detailed Cost Estimate. Prior to the submission of the bid package as provide in Section 4.02, or appropriate date, the Construction Manager, with the assistance of the necessary Consultants, shall prepare and submit a “Detailed Estimate of Construction Cost” and an updated Project Schedule indicating milestone completion dates for approval by the Agency. In establishing the Detailed Estimate of Construction Cost, the Construction Manager shall include reasonable contingencies for design, bidding and price escalation and determine in conjunction with the Agency the materials, equipment, component systems and types of construction to be included in the Contract Documents, subject to the Maximum Cost of Work. The Construction Manager shall review any difference between the Preliminary Budget and the Detailed Estimate of Construction Cost, identify reasons for any difference and recommend means to eliminate the difference, if necessary

The CM shall compare and reconcile the quantities in its estimate with the quantities in the estimate prepared by the Consultant.
Detailed Cost Estimate. Prepared by independent estimator and Design/Build Contractor, in CSI 50 Division format taken off the DD set of drawings with very few Lump Sum/dollars per gross square foot estimates. Additionally, a summary cost estimate with one cost item per CSI Division and with all contingencies, all profits/fees and all soft costs listed to show a comprehensive Total Project Cost Estimate should be prepared and furnished separately with the Board Motion.

  • Project Cost a. The estimated cost of the Project is $ 97,740.00. This amount is based upon the Schedule of Financial Assistance in Exhibit "B", attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Exhibit “B” may be modified by mutual execution of an amendment as provided for in paragraph 5.i.
