DESPATCH OF TICKETS. 10.1 The Licensee will determine his own Ticket delivery arrangements. These arrangements, and the conditions and liabilities that will apply in the event of non delivery, must be clearly explained to customers before or at the time of purchase as part of the Licensee’s general terms and conditions of sale. The Licensee shall bear the cost and risk of such arrangements.

  • DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR Pursuant to Rule 14.41(a) of the Listing Rules, a circular containing, among other things,

  • PASSING OF TITLE (A) Upon the Auctioneer's call of "SOLD", title of the offered lot will pass to the highest Bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer, subject to the conditions set forth here, and such Bidder thereupon (a) assumes full risk and responsibility therefor and neither the Seller no Xxxxxxx- Xxxxxxx or its agents shall be responsible for the loss of, or any damage to any article due to the theft, fire, breakage or any cause whatsoever, however occasioned, (b) will sign a confirmation of purchase thereof, and (c) will thereupon pay the full purchase thereof.   • REJECTION OF GOODS Notwithstanding any other rights of, or remedies available to UNDP under the Contract, in case any of the Goods are defective or otherwise do not conform to the specifications or other requirements of the Contract, UNDP, at its sole option, may reject or refuse to accept the Goods, and within thirty (30) days following receipt of notice from UNDP of such rejection or refusal to accept the Goods, the Contractor shall, in sole option of UNDP:

  • Shipping Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.

  • Initiation of TIPS Sales When a public entity initiates a purchase with Vendor, if the Member inquires verbally or in writing whether Vendor holds a TIPS Contract, it is the duty of the Vendor to verify whether the Member is seeking a TIPS purchase. Once verified, Vendor must include the TIPS Contract Number on all purchase communications and sales documents exchanged with the TIPS Member.

  • Inspection of Goods 8.1 The Buyer shall inspect the goods upon delivery.

  • Cargo THE CARRIER shall not be liable for damages provided it proves that the destruction, loss or damage resulted from one of the following:

  • BILLS OF LADING CARRIER shall sign a xxxx of lading, produced by shipper or CARRIER in compliance with 49 C.F.R. §373.101 (and any amendments thereto), for the property it receives for transportation under this Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CARRIER shall become fully responsible/liable for the freight when it takes/receives possession thereof, and the trailer(s) is loaded, regardless of whether a xxxx of lading has been issued, and/or signed, and/or delivered to CARRIER, and which responsibility/liability shall continue until delivery of the shipment to the consignee and the consignee signs the xxxx of lading or delivery receipt. Any terms of the xxxx of lading (including but not limited to payment and credit terms, released rates or released value) inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement shall be ineffective. Failure to issue a xxxx of lading, or sign a xxxx of lading acknowledging receipt of the cargo, by CARRIER, shall not affect the liability of CARRIER.
